Caring, Sharing, Loving

I wrote the lyrics for “Caring, Sharing, and Loving” in New Jersey in the late 1970’s for the Alateen New Jersey Convention. 

In the 1980’s the song became the theme for the first UK & Eire Al-Anon Convention in Scarborough Beach. Two Alateen siblings wanted to sing it so much. The boy played the piano and his sister sang it with me.

Not long after, a group of Alateen kids were professionally recorded singing “Caring, Sharing, and Loving” in a mansion in London! You can listen to the recording using the link at the top of the page.

I’ve had so many ‘feel good’ experiences in the UK with the Alateen kids!
